Habit breaking exercise update: week 25 – I do love to be by the seaside

This week has been great for getting into a good exercise routine. House sitting where I am makes exercise so much easier as it’s a 5 minute walk until I am on a bush track or walking along a beautiful beach. You can’t ask for better than that!

Monday and Tuesday – rest days

Wednesday – 1 hour hilly walk going up the Mackenzie Track, Eastbourne and heading down onto the Muritai Park Track. A lovely bush and beach walk.

Thursday – same walk as yesterday but came back via the streets rather than the stony beach which meant the walk was only 45 mins.

Friday – same walk as Wednesday

Saturday – same walk as Thursday

Sunday – 45 minute walk along the beach to watch the sunset.
